Q. What is your return policy for online orders?

Customers have a total of 14 days from date of purchase to return or exchange merchandise. We hope you find something you’ll love this season.

Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached. Packaged items may be returned even after the package has been opened; however, tags must still be attached to the item.
To ensure timely processing, please be sure to include your return form in your return package.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

Q. How do I return my online order

Returns with prepaid shipping label 

To return items using a prepaid label, please email us for your prepaid shipping label. On the final step, print the return packing list and shipping label, and repack the items (including all original tags). Please affix the printed prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any United States Postal Service or FedEx location, or include it with your outgoing USPS mail.

Please note: $8 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded. 

Q. Where is my order?

  • If you haven't received your shipment confirmation email, there could be 3 reasons for this:
  1. Your order is still being processed. It won't be long now- to check the status of your order.
  2. You may have entered your email address incorrectly at the checkout- Don’t worry, it happens- you may have noticed that you didn't receive any confirmation email too. Simply get in touch with our customer service team and we can help ! 
  3. Your shipment confirmation email may be in your spam/junk mail folder 
  4. Your order has been cancelled- we would have sent you an email confirming why- double check your inbox to see if this is the case. For further information on cancellations, please email us.
  • If you notice that there is an error in your address, please reach out to us immediately. As soon as we receive your order we cannot make any changes to your address but we may be able to work with our carrier to make any changes. 

Q. How do I place an order?

Select an item from anywhere on the site, choose a color, size, alteration preferences and quantity, and then add to your shopping cart.

When you’re ready to complete your order, click the “Check Out” button in your cart. Check out as a guest or go through PayPal Checkout

Q. How can I figure out my size?

For additional information regarding the measurements of the garment, simply click “size chart” on the product detail page of the item you are wishing to purchase. Please note, this chart includes U.S. sizes only
